Roberto Gaston Orci, (nacido el 20 de julio de 1973 en Ciudad de México, México) es un productor de cine y televisión y guionista mexicano. Tiene créditos en The Legend of Zorro, Mission: Impossible III, en la película de 2007 Transformers. Es el creador, junto a J.J. Abrams y a Alex Kurtzman, de la serie de televisión de FOX Fringe.
