SWAT 4 es un juego de disparos en primera persona táctico desarrollado por Irrational Games y publicado por Vivendi Universal Games el 5 de abril de 2005 en Norteamérica, y tres días después en la región PAL. Fue creado con el motor Vengeance engine con tecnología de Unreal Engine 2.0.

El juego está centrado en un equipo de SWAT liderado por el jugador, el cual toma parte en la resolución de diferentes objetivos, tales como liberación de rehenes o detención de sujetos peligrosos. Una expansión, SWAT 4: The Stetchkov Syndicate, fue publicada el 28 de febrero de 2006.
