Schizophrenia es el segundo álbum de estudio de la banda de thrash metal brasileña Sepultura, lanzado en 1987 a través del sello discográfico Cogumelo Records.

Éste es el álbum donde debuta el nuevo guitarrista de la banda, Andreas Kisser. El sonido del álbum lidera más la banda hacia el género de thrash metal con respecto a su álbum anterior Morbid Visions, el cual era básicamente un álbum de death metal.

Todas las canciones fueron grabadas durante el mes de agosto de 1987, excepto por la canción "Troops of Doom", incluida en el relanzamiento de 1990, por Roadrunner Records, la cual fue grabada anteriormente, en agosto de 1986, para el albúm, "Morbid Visions".
