Segor

Segor fue una ciudad cananea próxima al mar Muerto, miembro de una confederación cananea con otros cinco estados: Admah, Bala-Zoar, Gomorra, Sodoma, y Zeboyim. No se conoce su lugar exacto. Flavio Josefo la identifica con Zoara de Arabia, al extremo sur del mar Muerto. Recientemente se piensa que sería la excavación de Tilo al-Shaghur (10 km al norte del mar Muerto) o Khirbet al-Safish (5 km al sur del mar Muerto); también podría ser la villa de Lisan.

Algunos reyes de la confederación son mencionados en el siglo XVII a. C.: Shinab (de Admah); Birsha de Gomorra; Bera de Sodoma; y Shemeber de Zeboyim

Después de la destrucción de algunas ciudades, surgió en la zona el reino cananeo de Arad, centrado en la ciudad de este nombre, que ha sido descubierta por los arqueólogos.
