Sherig-ool Dizizhikovich Oorzhak (nacido el 24 de julio, de 1942) ha sido el presidente de la república de Tuvá desde el 11 de abril de 1992. A partir la 1990 a 1992 era presidente del Consejo de Ministros (es decir primer ministro) de Tuva ASSR. Él está cumpliendo actualmente su tercer mandato de cinco años, siendo reelegido por última vez el 17 de marzo de 2002 con el 53% de los votos.

El 12 de septiembre de 2001, Oorzhak expresó su condolencia para los Estados Unidos después de que los ataques a las torres gemelas.
