Stage Fright es el tercer álbum de estudio del grupo canadiense de rock The Band, publicado en 1970.

Más cercano al registro del rock'n'roll que en álbumes predecesores, se aparta de sus dos anteriores esfuerzos al alcanzar un tono más oscuro y un menor acabado de las armonías vocales, que habían sido piezas centrales en Music from Big Pink y The Band. Asimismo, incluye las últimas dos canciones de The Band acreditadas al pianista Richard Manuel, ambas co-escritas con el guitarrista Robbie Robertson, quien continuaría desempeñando el rol de compositor dominante hasta la ruptura del grupo en 1976.

Producido por los miembros del grupo, el álbum fue grabado en sus hogares de Woodstock, Nueva York.
