Ten Bel es una urbanización turística situada en las cercanías de Las Galletas, en el municipio de Arona en el sur de la isla de Tenerife.

El nombre de la urbanización se deriva de la yuxtaposición de las palabras "Tenerife" y "Bélgica", dada su situación en Tenerife y la nacionalidad de su original proprietario, un belga. Muchas veces se ve escrito el nombre con guión ("Ten-Bel"), aunque originalmente nunca se escribió así.

La urbanización fue construída a principios de los años setenta, aunque se extendió durante toda la década.
