The Daily Show es una serie cómica que parodia los programas de noticias. La serie transmitida por Comedy Central desde el año 1996 en Estados Unidos. Es presentado actualmente por Jon Stewart^[1] desde los estudios de la ciudad de Nueva York.

El programa era conducido por Craig Kilborn hasta diciembre de 1998. Jon Stewart tomó el puesto en enero de 1999. Stewart cambió mucho el tema del programa sobre comedia y parodia de política.
