Thomas Bruce Elgin (20 de julio de 1766 - 14 de noviembre de 1841) también conocido como el séptimo Conde de Elgin, Y 11º Duque de Kincardine; fue un diplomático, pirata y arqueólogo inglés que llevó a su país parte de las esculturas del Partenón de Atenas, actualmente en el Museo Britanico de Londres. Fue el segundo hijo de Charles Bruce, quinto Conde de Elgin y su mujer Martha Whyte. Relevó a su hermano mayor, William, el sexto conde en 1771 cuando sólo tenía cinco años.
