Thug Behram (o Buhram), (1765 – 1840) del culto thuggee en India, fue uno de los asesinos en serie más prolíficos. Pudo haber matado hasta 931 víctimas entre 1790 y 1840 con las ropas ceremoniales (o rumal, que en hindi significa pañuelo) usadas para su culto. Behram fue ejecutado en 1840 por ahorcamiento.

Mientras que a Behram a veces le son atribuidos 931 asesinatos; a James Paton, un oficial de la Compañía Británica de las Indias Orientales, quien trabajó para los thuggee y la Dacoity Office en la década de 1830 escribió un manuscrito sobre los thuggee donde cita a Behram diciendo que el había estado presente en 931 asesinatos, y que había estrangulado con sus propias manos cerca de 125 hombres, y que había visto ser estrangulados a 150 más.
