Astronomy, es la octava cancion del primero de dos discos, del album Garage Inc. de la banda californiana de Heavy Thrash Metal, Metallica. La cancion esta basada en la historia de un hombre enamorado hacia una chica llamada Susy, éste jamas le revelo sus sentimientos hasta el dia que supo que se casaria (i know you soon be married) pedidendole que caminara con él por la playa para decircelo, y luego pedirle a una amiga enfermera de ellos llamada Carrie, que la cuidara, ya que el moriría luego y solo podria contactarse con él atravéz de la Astronomía.
