Tuoba (拓拔; pinyin Tuòbá) o T'o-pa en Wade-Giles fue un clan de los Xianbei en Mongolia y Manchuria en los primeros siglos del I milenio a. C. Algunos investigadores los relacionan étnicamente con los mongoles.
