USS Detroit ha sido el nombre recibido por seis buques de la Armada de los Estados Unidos en honor a la ciudad de Detroit, Míchigan.

  • cañones construidos por los británicos en Malden, Ontario, Canadá, en 1813 y capturada por los independentistas durante la batalla del lago Erie del 10 de septiembre de 1813.
  • Detroit, fue un vapor de hélice, puesto en grada en los astilleros New York Navy Yard en 1865, pero fue cancelado en 1866 y descuazado sobre la propia grada.
