William Stryker es un supervillano ficticio de historieta en el universo de Marvel Comics, enemigo de los X-Men. Creado por el escritor Chris Claremont y el dibujante Brent Anderson, su primera aparición fue en la novela gráfica X-Men: God Loves, Man Kills en 1982.


El Reverendo Stryker era un televangelista cristiano fundamentalista que se veía a sí mismo en una misión divina para destruir a los mutantes. Cuando la novela gráfica God Loves, Man Kills fue adaptada en la película X-Men 2 en el 2003, Stryker, interpretado por Brian Cox, era un coronel rebelde del ejército de los Estados Unidos con un deseo ferviente de destruir a todos los mutantes. En las historietas, Stryker fue un personaje poco prominente, con únicamente una sola aparición. A partir de la salida de X-Men 2, ha tenido un rol más prominente, con la secuela a su historia original, y dentro de New X-Men.
