Yellowman.

Yellowman, nacido como Winston Foster en Negril al oeste de Jamaica, en el año 1956, es un DJ-MC precursor del dancehall. Pese a su condición de albino (ser albino en Jamaica es denigrante), refugiándose en la música pudo cambiar ese preconcepto hacia él incluso consiguiendo con el tiempo llegar a ser considerado uno de los artistas de reggae más importantes y reconocidos de su país, y que influenció a muchos MCs de dancehall o lo que posteriormente surgió como freestyle.

Hace varios años le diagnosticaron un cáncer oral, a causa del cual tuvo que ser sometido a una operación de mandíbula, pero afortunadamente eso no le impidió seguir con su vida y con su carrera que cuenta con más de 50 discos editados por numerosas compañías discográficas.
