Ziya Gökalp (* 23 de marzo 1875, Diyarbakır - 25 de octubre de 1924, Estambul) fue un prominente ideólogo turco del panturquismo o turanismo.

Gökalp fue publicista y sociólogo pionero. Fue influenciado por la moderna Europa occidental, especialmente Francia y Alemania y elaboró una ideología del nacionalismo turco la cual fue muy implementada, después de su muerte, por Kemal Atatürk.
