(2099) Öpik es un asteroide perteneciente al cinturón de asteroides que orbita entre Marte y Júpiter. Su nombre hace referencia a Ernst Öpik, astrónomo estonio.[1]

Fue descubierto el 8 de noviembre de 1977 por Eleanor F. Helin desde el Observatorio Monte Palomar, en California, Estados Unidos.
