(2772) Dugan es un asteroide perteneciente al cinturón de asteroides que orbita entre Marte y Júpiter. Su nombre hace referencia a Raymond Smith Dugan, astrónomo estadounidense.[1]

Fue descubierto el 14 de diciembre de 1979 por Edward Bowell desde el Observatorio Lowell, en Flagstaff, Arizona, Estados Unidos.
