Dokú o Dokká Jamátovich Umárov (en checheno: Умаран Хамади кант Докка, en ruso: Доку Хаматович Умаров), también conocido como Emir Dokkú Abú Usmán, nacido en Jarsenói, Chechenia, 13 de abril de 1964. Tras la muerte de Sheikh Abdul Halim el 17 de junio de 2006, Umarov fue proclamado como el quinto presidente de la República Chechena de Ichkeria,[1] sucesión no reconocida internacionalmente de la Federación Rusa que opera en exilio o en clandestinidad. Estableció el Emirato del Cáucaso aboliendo la República Chechena de Ishkeria y se autoproclamó Emir de este territorio el día 31 de octubre de 2007.

Terrorismo

El 31 de marzo de 2010 reconoció su responsabilidad en los atentados al metro de Moscú que cobraron la vida de 39 civiles.[2]

El 7 de febrero de 2011 reconoció la autoría del atentado del Aeropuerto de Domodédovo.[3]
