Son dos agentes del FBI que trabajan en el Área 51.1, donde cumplen las órdenes de su General. Los dos suelen vigilar a Johnny y sus hermanas para que no se metan en líos, aunque más a menudo van a pedirles ayuda.
Contradictoria
Algo curioso de éstos dos personajes es que el Sr. Black tiene la piel y el pelo blanco, y el Sr. White tiene la piel y el pelo negro; lo cual contradice sus nombres.
