The Trump Building es un rascacielos de 70 plantas y 283 metros (927 pies) situado en Nueva York, Estados Unidos, cuya construcción finalizó en 1930.

Fue el edificio más alto del mundo desde abril de 1930 hasta el 27 de mayo del mismo año. Superó al Edificio Woolworth y poco tiempo más tarde fue superado por el Edificio Chrysler.

Originalmente el edificio fue llamado Bank of the Manhattan Company Building, pero cuando el nombre del banco fue cambiado el edificio fue nombrado por su dirección de 40 Wall Street. Cuando Donald Trump compró el edificio en 1995 cambió el nombre por el actual.
