Hands Held High (Manos En Alto) es un sencillo promocional de la banda californiana, de Nu metal, Linkin Park, de su tercer album de estudio Minutes To Midnight.

Es de las unicas 2 canciones del album en las que se rapea, junto con Bleed it Out. Es una de las canciones que se toco en el recital Road To Revolution, sin embargo, fue cantada sólo por Mike en a capella. No existe un video oficial, pero algunos toman la intrepretacion de Road to Revolution como un video oficial, también es una de las 3 canciones del album que dicen groserías, junto Bleed it Out y Given Up.
