Las órbitas de tres cometas periódicos: Halley, 19P/Borrelly y Ikeya-Zhang, superpuestas sobre las órbitas de los planetas exteriores tomadas con el programa Celestia

El cometa Ikeya-Zhang es un cometa periódico de forma similar a Haumea aunque más circular.

Este cometa tiene una de las órbitas más largas: supera por mucho la órbita de Neptuno y también a los cometas Halley y 19P/Borrelly.
