Jeffrey Keith "Jeff" Skilling (nacido el 25 de noviembre de 1953 en Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania) fue un hombre de negocios de los Estados Unidos. Fue el antiguo presidente de la empresa Enron Corporation, que quebró por bancarrota en 2001.

En el año 2006 fue hallado culpable de multiples delitos de fraude, relacionados con el colapso financiero de Enron, por los cuales está cumpliendo una condena de 24 años y 4 meses en el Correccional de Englewood, Colorado.^{[1] [2] [3]}
