John E. Pepper, Jr.

John E. Pepper, Jr. sirve como oficial ejecutivo jefe de la Nacional Underground Railroad Freedom Center y presidente de la junta directiva de la compañía Walt Disney. Anteriomente, fue vicepresidente de Finanzas y Administración de la Universidad de Yale desde enero del 2004 hasta diciembre del 2005. Antes de eso, fue presidente del comité ejecutivo de la junta directiva de la companía Procter & Gamble hasta diciembre de 2003. En mayo de 2007, La Universidad de Yale publicó el libro Pepper's "lo que importa realmente", que implica su experiencia con el liderzgo,servicio, personas y valores.

Desde 1963-2003 sirvió en varias posiciones en Procter & Gamble, incluido el presidente de la Junta entre 2000-2002, consejero delegado y presidente del 1995-1999, 1986-1995 y director 1984-2003. Pepper es miembro de la Junta Directiva de Boston Scientific Corp. y es miembro del comité ejecutivo de la colaboración de la Juventud Cincinnati. Pepper ha sido director de Walt Disney desde 2006.

Pepper se graduó de Portsmouth Priorato en 1956 y en Yale en 1960, donde sirvió en la junta directiva de la Yale Daily News. Fue miembro de la coorporación de Yale en 2003 ,incluyendo dos años como investigador principal, y también fue miembro del Comité Asesor de la Yale School of Management.
