Konstantin Josef Jireček (24 de julio de 1854, en Viena - 10 de enero de 1918, en Viena), hijo de Josef Jireček, fue un historiador checo, diplomático y eslavista.

Él entró en el servicio de Bulgaria en 1879, y en 1881 se convirtió en ministro de Educación en Sofía. En 1884 se convirtió en profesor de historia universal en la Universidad Carolina en Praga, y en 1893 profesor de antigüedades eslavas en la Universidad de Viena.

La mayor parte de los escritos de Konstantin tratan de la historia de los eslavos meridionales y su literatura. Estos incluyen la Historia de los Búlgaros (en checo y alemán, 1876), Historia de los Serbios, El Principado de Bulgaria (1891), Viajes en Bulgaria (en checo, 1888), etc. Él escribió mayormente en alemán.

Carl Patsch sucedió a Jireček en la Universidad de Viena.
