Establecida en alta mar en el no muy lejano futuro en el que los océanos son una bulliciosa área de comercio. Los piratas amenazan la tregua vital y el comercio mundial, los gobiernos se unen para contratar a los mercenarios, el joven y heroico capitán Jang, dirige un submarino de alta tecnología, el Dragón del Mar. el Capitán Jang y su valiente tripulación también buscan la misteriosa y legendaria Golden Ship.
