El 16 de septiembre de 2008, Avenged Sevenfold dio a conocer un DVD/CD titulado Live in the Lbc & Diamonds in the Rough de Warner Bros. Records. El DVD es un concierto de la banda en Long Beach Arena, mientras que el CD contiene canciones inéditas que se grabaron durante la realización de Avenged Sevenfold (álbum), además de otros materiales que no salieron a la luz. La canción Almost Easy (CLA Mix) es simplemente la canción original con pequeños cambios en los vocales, los riffs de guitarra y ritmos de tambor. Afterlife (Alternate Version) se diferencia en un puente de cuerdas a través de toda la canción.
