Supernatural: The Animation es la versión animada de anime de la serie te televisión Supernatural, creada por Eric Kripke.
El 9 de junio de 2010, el sitio Web oficial de Japón de Warner Bros había colocado una sección en el sitio de la serie Supernatural, llamado Supernatural: The Animation. De acuerdo con el sitio, el animé se iniciará al aire en Japón en enero de 2011. El 10 de junio, fue anunciado que el famoso estudio de anime japonés Madhouse será el productor de la serie. Shigeyuki Miya y Atsuko Ishizuka van codirigir la serie. Yuya Uchida y Hiroki Touchi haran las voces de Sam y Dean Winchester para el doblaje japonés de la serie live-action, mientras que tanto Jared Padalecki como Jensen Ackles repetirán sus papeles en el doblaje en inglés. El creador de Supernatural, Eric Kripke, servirá como el creador del proyecto y el cofundador de Madhouse, Masao Maruyama, como productor ejecutivo. La serie de anime tendrá 22 episodios, que cubrirán las dos primeras temporadas de la serie de live-action y también ofrecerá episodios original nunca antes visto en la serie de acción en vivo.
