Sayagyi U Ba Khin (* 6. Marzo 1899 en Rangun, Myanmar; † 19. Januar 1971) fue un maestro de meditación Vipassana de la tradición del budismo Theravada.

Actualmente existen multidud de centros de meditación por todo el mundo basados en las enseñanzas de U Ba Khin. El centro internacional de meditación en Rangun fue fundado por U Ba Khin.

Uno de los maestros de U Ba Khin fue Saya Thetgyi y su alumno más conocido es S. N. Goenka.
