Billings es la ciudad más poblada del estado de Montana, Estados Unidos. Está situada en la parte centro-sur del estado. Billings crece rápidamente: en el censo del año 2000 la ciudad tenía una población de 89.847, y la estimación para el año 2006 es de 101.188 habitantes.

Billings es la capital del Condado de Yellowstone y es la principal ciudad del Área metropolitana de Billings, que abarca los condados de Carbon y Yellowstone.

Su apodo es la ciudad mágica (The Magic City)por su rápido crecimiento desde la fundación de un ferrocarril urbano en 1882.
