COBS

COBS es uno de los equipos de rugby mas importantes de Chile, aportando siempre con grandes seleccionados. Sus siglas provienen de Craighouse Old Boys, refiriendose a los ex alumnos del colegio Craighouse, un colegio de rugby fundado en 1959 por la britanica Joan Darling. El colegio Craighouse, junto con el colegio The Grange y Mackay, han sido importantes colegios en el proceso de crecimiento del rugby chileno, aportanto siempre con la mayoria de los seleccionados del pais. Craighouse, ha estado participando en un proyecto de la Feruchi (Federacion de rugby de Chile), para llevar el rugby a zonas chilenas de alto potencial, como la Isla de Pascua, becando alumnos pascuenses durante las temporadas de rugby en el continente para que puedan aprender este deporte.
