The Casualties es una banda de hardcore punk/street punk originaria de Nueva York que se formó a principios de los años 90, las canciones de esta banda son de temas políticos. Son una de las principales representantes del hardcore punk, y han realizado giras en diferentes lugares, desde México hasta Japón.

La historia musical de The Casualties da sus primeros acordes en el año de 1991 cuando graban su primer EP 40 oz Casualty , poco después, con los nuevos problemas de su desfachatado estilo de vida también llegaban nuevos integrantes y contrariedades, afortunadamente de la mano de este nuevo desorden llego su segundo 7', A Fuckin' Way of Live.

La banda graba su primer disco, For the Punx, en 1997. El grupo seguía sufriendo por la falta de continuidad en sus músicos, es así como Jake (guitarrista), Meggers (batería) y Jorge (vocal) deciden seguir en la banda y grabar Underground Army.

Al reflexionar sobre sus inicios la banda produce The Early Years, 27 canciones tomados de grabaciones de la etapa 1990–1995.

Del año 2007 al 2008 la banda realizó una gira por Sudamérica. El año 2009 han sacado su nuevo disco, We Are All We Have. Donde han vuelto a Sudamerica a presentar el disco
