Denbighshire (en galés: Sir Ddinbych) es una autoridad unitaria situada en el extremo septentrional de Gales. Tiene una población de 97.000 habitantes (2001) y un área de 844 km².
Limita al sur y al suroriente con los condados de Flintshire, Powys y Wrexham, al occidente con Conwy y Gwynedd, y al norte con Inglaterra.
