Adolphe Wurtz (26 de noviembre de 1817 - 10 de mayo de 1884) fue un químico francés. En sus investigaciones químicas se especializó en las reacciones de hidrocarburos, dando lugar a la reacción que lleva su nombre: Reacción de Wurtz.
