Extensión del Dzongkha

El dzongkha (རྫོང་ཁ་) es la lengua nacional de Bután. La palabra "dzongkha" significa la lengua (kha, ཁ་) hablada en el dzong (རྫོང་), en donde los dzong son los monasterios fortificados que se encuentran en Bután y que fueron hechos por Shabdrung Ngawang Namgyel en el siglo XVII.

Es hablado por 130.000 personas, localizados al oeste del país.
