EWTN, es la sigla de Eternal Word Television Network (Red de Televisión de la Palabra Eterna), que es una cadena de radio y televisión religiosa católica internacional, fundada por la monja clarisa estadounidense Madre Angélica, en 1981.

Este canal, es la cadena católica más grande del mundo con 24 horas de programacion de contenido religioso. Emite programas de guía como el vía crucis, el Santo Rosario, la Misa, películas sobre vidas de santos y beatos, documentales, etc. Transmite también todas las conferencias y eventos de importancia del Vaticano, programas de catequesis para niños y entrevistas a altos jerarcas de la Iglesia. EWTN no tiene fines de lucro y su señal es gratuita, viviendo de los aportes de sus usuarios.

Hoy en día, EWTN cuenta con miles de señales de televisión por cable y de radioemisoras de onda corta en todo el mundo, y también por Internet. En 2006, la cadena de la Madre Angélica cumplió 25 años en actividad.
