El capitán Edward 'Ned' Low (también Loe en vez de Low) fue un importante pirata inglés durante los últimos días de la Edad Dorada de la Piratería, a principios del siglo XVIII. Nació alrededor de 1690 en un hogar pobre de Westminster, Londres. Se trasladó a Boston, Massachusetts, cuando era aún joven. Dos años tras la muerte de su mujer durante el parto de su hija en 1719, Low se hizo pirata, operando en las costas de Nueva Inglaterra, en las Azores y en el Caribe.
Falleció probablemente em Martinica.
