Entelodon es un género de entelodontes que vivió en Eurasia desde el Oligoceno inferior.

El entelodon es un entelodonte típico, del tamaño de una vaca, siendo un artiodactilo muy grande. Tenía una cabeza como la de un cerdo con enormes dientes y tuberculos como verrugas en la mandíbula. Es uno de los tres géneros de entelodontes nativos de Eurasia, los otros dos son el Eoentelodon primitivo del Eoceno superior en China y el gigantesco Paraentelodon de mediados a fines del Oligoceno en Asia central.
