El Fattoush (árabe , فتوش significa "pan húmedo") es una ensalada muy típica de los paises árabes del mediterráneo oriental. La ensalada se elabora con diferentes hortalizas junto con pan plano (pita) cortado en tiras (a veces en cubos) y frito o asado. Comparado con el Tabbouleh, las verduras cortadas para elaborar el fattoush son relativamente más grandes de tamaño, uno de los ingredientes más característicos del fattoush es el sumac que le proporciona un sabor ácido característico (reforzado a veces por el uso de zumo de limón).
