Fauna de Pakistán

Pakistán tiene una fauna variada. Las especies más destacadas son ciervos, jabalíes, osos, cocodrilos y aves acuáticas. También hay una amplia variedad de fauna de agua dulce y de agua salada. Las especies marinas más importantes son los arenques, la caballa y los tiburones, así como el marisco.

En las estepas se encuentran chacales, zorros, gatos salvajes, culebras, así como diferentes roedores y en el valle del Indo además hay cocodrilos. En las montañas viven osos, leopardos, cabras montesas, ovejas salvajes y también leopardos blancos.
