Gretchen Mol (8 de noviembre de 1972) es una actriz estadounidense, nacida en Deep River, Connecticut.

Estudió en la Academia de Música y Actuación de Estados Unidos, y se graduó en el estudio William Esper. Se hizo famosa mediante su trabajo de camarera en un restaurante, por el cual fue seleccionada para un anuncio publicitario de Coca-Cola. Su madre es artista y su padre director de escuela. Su hermano, Jim Mol, también trabaja en la actuación.
