Alan Thicke es un actor, productor, guionista y compositor nacido el 1 de marzo de 1947 en Kirkland Lake, Ontario, Canadá.

Es reconocido principalmente por personificar a Jason Seaver en la serie de televisión Growing Pains desde 1985 a 1992.

En 2008 fue el protagonista de la película RoboDoc además de ser uno de los personajes principales en la serie jPod.

Vida personal

Alan Thicke nació en Kirkland Lake, Ontario, hijo de Joan, y William Jeffrey. Su madre más tarde se casó con Brian Thicke, un médico. Se graduó de la escuela secundaria Elliot Lake. Asistió a la Universidad de Western Ontario, donde trabajó como DJ. Es miembro de los Delta Upsilon Fraternidad internacional. Alan es un ávido fanático de hockey y jugador.

Su hijo, Robin Thicke, es músico.
