Gunilla Gräfin von Bismarck-Schönhausen (n. el 23 de noviembre de 1949 en Hamburgo Alemania Federal) es una aristócrata alemana popular en la sociedad española. Es bisnieta de Otto von Bismarck, nieta de Herbert von Bismarck y de la condesa Margarita Hoyos. Contrajo matrimonio el 6 de octubre de 1978 en Friedrichsruh, Alemania con el millonario Luis Ortiz Moreno hijo de Manuel Ortiz-Patiño y nieto de Graziella Patiño, la hermana del magnate Antenor Patiño el boliviano Rey del Estaño de quien se divorció en el año 1989, fruto de este matrimonio nació en 1980 su hijo Franciso Ortiz-Patiño Von Bismarck.

Bismarck está considerada como la "reina sin trono de Marbella" donde ella se reune con numerosos amigos de la alta sociedad organizando eventos con fines benéficos para niños enfermos.[cita requerida] Con su familia en Friedrichsruh (Hamburgo) donde Gunilla von Bismarck es también una activa benefactora. Aparece frecuentemente en los medios de comunicación con sus fiestas de la alta aristocracia. Amiga de la también famosa en Alemania Gloria von Thurn und Taxis.
