Guns, God and Government es un concierto filmado de la gira Guns, God and Government tour de Marilyn Manson. Fue publicado en octubre 29 de 2002 en los formatos. VHS, DVD y UMD. El DVD contiene pistas y presentaciones que muestran imagenes de varios shows en los Estados Unidos, Japon, Rusia, y Europe while mientras mantiene consistentemente la cancion.

Es notable el DVD por documentar lo controversiales y estrafalarias puestas en escena que Marilyn Manson uso para sus presentaciones, como el estilo, su apoyo religioso, las luces coreografiadas, fuegos pirotécnicos, y los trajes extravagantes. El DVD muestra a la banda en muchas ubicaciones internacionales mientras presentan canciones de sus albums Portrait Of An American Family, Smells Like Children, Antichrist Superstar, Mechanical Animals, y Holy Wood ( In The Shadow Of The Valley Of Dead).

El DVD tambien contiene bonus extras y material adicional realizado como un cortometrage llamado The Dead Parade que fue mesclado por Rogers Masson y Marilyn Manson. Una parte del material adicional es un detras del escenario en uno de los tours de Manson incluyendo la aparicion de artistas como Ozzy Osbourne, Joy Jordison y Eminem. Este DVD a diferencia del Lest We Forget no es una colección de videos musicales si no una colección de presentaciones en vivo.
