Has to Be (tiene que estar) es una canción de la cantante estadounidense Madonna escrita por ella, William Orbit y Patrick Leonard y producida por Madonna y Orbit para su séptimo álbum de estudio Ray of Light (1998), aunque solo fue incluida en la versión japonesa y australiana del álbum y como lado-B del sencillo "Ray of Light".

Para el álbum Ray of Light originalmente se habían hecho 14 temas entre los cuales se encontraba "Has to Be", sin embargo; Madonna decidió dejar solo 13 temas ya que en el kabbalah, la religión que Madonna comenzaba a profesar, se cree que dicho número trae consigo buena suerte, así que finalmente se decidió quitar "Has to Be" de la lista de canciones y solo fue publicada en las versiones japonesa y australiana del álbum, también en el lado B del sencillo de Ray Of Light.

Muchos se preguntaron el por qué sacar éste tema, si es mejor que algunos de los incluidos en el álbum, ya que esta canción relajante que habla sobre el poder divino es una de las más fieles representaciones del trabajo de William Orbit en el álbum. Además la canción tiene una esencia de escucharse observando el mar de noche y viendo la marea subir y bajar.
