Hōjō Ujiyasu (北条 氏康? 1515—1571) fue hijo de Hōjō Ujitsuna y daimyō de Odawara.

Ujiyasu continuó con la lucha entre su clan contra Takeda Shingen y Uesugi Kenshin, ganando las batallas de Kawagoe y Kōnodai.

Falleció en 1571.
