It's Alive 1974-1996 es un DVD recopilatorio de la banda estadounidense Ramones, que contiene dos discos en los cuales se encuentran 118 temas tomados de 33 presentaciones de la banda en vivo en 8 países diferentes; desde sus inicios en el club CBGB en Nueva York y hasta su penúltimo concierto en Argentina.

Este compilado salió a la venta a finales de el año 2007 y se divide en dos discos, el primero contiene conciertos de la primera etapa de la banda, es decir su formación original y en este mismo disco esta contenido un show grabado en Londres el 31 de diciembre del 77 el cual le da el nombre a este DVD, el segundo disco contiene temas en vivo de la banda desde la inclusión en el grupo de Mark Bell (Marky Ramone) y hasta el concierto dado en Argentina en el estadio del River Plate, el Estadio Monumental Antonio Vespucio Liberti.
