El Yuan de Control (idioma chino: 監察院; pinyin: Jiānchá Yùan), es una de las cinco ramas del gobierno de la República de China, como agencia de monitoreo (control) al gobierno. Es una rama especial del gobierno establecido bajo los Tres Principios del Pueblo y puede ser comparado con el Tribunal de Cuentas Europeo, el Government Accountability Office de los Estados Unidos o en forma general, una comisión de cuentas administrativas.
