Kenneth Harry Clarke (Nottingham, Inglaterra, 2 de julio de 1940) es un político británico y miembro del Partido Conservador. Clarke fue Ministro de Hacienda (Chancellor of the Exchequer, en inglés) del Reino Unido desde 1993 a 1997 durante el gobierno de John Major. Fue candidato para liderar el Partido Conservador en tres ocasiones (en 1997, 2001 y 2005), siendo derrotado siempre. En la actualidad es miembro del Parlamento Británico por Rushcliffe y Lord Canciller.
